Returns & Exchanges

At Sanuk®, we want your feet to feel as happy as you do, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn Sanuks in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
